The Chinook School Division requires a full time (1.0 FTE) temporary High School science Teacher at Swift Current Comprehensive High School beginning November 9th, 2026. Classes include Biology 30, Health Science 20 and senior sciences, with the final assignment depending on the skills and qualifications of the applicants. SCCHS is a Grade 9-12 school with 995 students and 53 teachers.

• Ability to work effectively within an environment which includes developing meaningful and productive relationships with students, parents, PLC's, professionals and community service agencies;
• Demonstrated ability to connect with youth in a student-centered learning environment in addition to having an interest or willingness to connect with students outside of the classroom;
• Demonstrates a commitment to truth and reconciliation
• Demonstrates a commitment to supporting diversity and inclusion
• Successful teaching experience or training;
• Certified as a Teacher in good standing in Saskatchewan or the ability to be certified.
