Chinook School Division is seeking an Executive Assistant based at the Chinook Education Centre in Swift Current. This temporary full-time role (1.0 FTE, 37.5 hours/week, 12 months/year) supports Senior Administration and the Board of Education, with a focus on clerical excellence and public relations.
Start date is October 1, 2026 or as soon as possible; end date February 1, 2028. Certification in Business Education and 5+ years of relevant experience are desired, along with MS Office

Chinook School Division is looking to fill the position of Executive Assistant. The position is full time at 7.5 hours per day and 12 months per year. Based out of the Chinook Education Centre in Swift Current this position will primarily work with the Senior Administration and the Board of Education.This position will be of interest to trained, experienced, individuals with excellent clerical and public relations skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to prioritize assignments and/or delegate appropriately when necessary.
