Job summary

River Cree Resort & Casino’s Hell’s Kitchen location seeks an experienced service professional to deliver high-quality guest experiences. You will greet guests, assist with menus, take and relay orders, and ensure timely service, always upholding safety and quality standards.

The role requires 5+ years in dining, ProServe certification, cash handling, and excellent communication. Expect shift work, evenings, weekends, and holidays within a dynamic food & beverage team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ dining experience.
• AGLC ProServe/Protectcertification.
• Basic math skills for handling cash.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Effective communication (reading, writing, speaking, listening).
• Ability to work as part of a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tables for guests and stock service area.
• Greet guests and assist with menu selections.
• Record orders and relay to kitchen; serve food and beverages.
• Check in with guests to address needs and ensure satisfaction.
• Present bills and process payments; handle cash accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and reset tables; support other departments.
