Job summary

Portfolio Credit Control in Toronto is hiring Business Sales Consultants (BDRs) to drive growth for HR and compliance services across Canada. You will conduct high-volume outbound calls, qualify opportunities, and book meetings for senior sales teams, with a structured training program and an uncapped commission plan starting from month one.

The role is 100% in-office in Downtown Toronto, Monday–Friday, 8:45 AM–5:00 PM, with a base of $50,000 CAD plus commissions and a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of B2B sales or cold-calling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 80-100 outbound calls daily to prospective business clients.
• Secure, qualify, and book 1-3 meetings per day.
• Partner with Business Development Managers to turn meetings into closed deals.
• Build, track, and maintain a high-performing sales pipeline.
• Consistently hit and exceed activity targets.
