Performance Auto Group in Ontario is seeking a Sales Consultant to join its AutoPlanet Durham operation. You will deliver exceptional customer service, learn product knowledge, and drive vehicle sales while maintaining compliance with OMVIC.

The role is full-time, commission-based with earnings historically 50,000–100,000 CAD per year. A valid Ontario driver’s license, OMVIC certification, and CRM experience are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• OMVIC Certification required.
• Dealer CRM system experience required.
• Valid Ontario Driver's License with good record.
• Strong computer skills and written/verbal communication.

Responsabilités

• Provide exceptional customer service on all interactions.
• Build product knowledge on manufacturer vehicles and incentives.
• Project a positive attitude to customers and colleagues.
• Ensure work is thorough, accurate, and timely.
• Attend training classes as scheduled by management.
• Follow up with customers on quotes and deliveries.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with OMVIC regulations.
