Eli Lilly and Company in Toronto is seeking a Senior Brand Manager for Hematology to lead brand strategy and launches for Jaypirca across indications. You will partner with Sales, Medical, Legal/Regulatory, and other teams to drive adoption, access, and patient-focused initiatives.

The role is hybrid with on-site presence in Toronto and potential travel. Eligible for Lilly Bonus Program and related compensation. Excellent opportunity for strategic leaders in pharma marketing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years in pharmaceutical marketing, brand management, or commercial roles.
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence without authority.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute brand strategy and launches for Jaypirca across indications.
• Lead omnichannel engagement planning and execution.
• Collaborate with Sales, Medical, Legal/Regulatory, Learning & Development, Digital, and Analytics teams.
• Monitor KPIs, brand health, and campaign performance; optimize accordingly.
