Eli Lilly Canada is looking for an optimistic, resilient, and adaptable skilled professional with expertise in pharmaceutical market insights and analytics. This position is responsible for being the market insights leader for key brands at different stages of product life cycle. This role will be responsible for defining and prioritizing business problems, discovering insights, and influencing business partners to make better business decisions and develop more effective solutions through the inclusion of customer input. They will support the global and regional market research projects and plan and execute with local brand management, affiliate specific market research projects.
You will be a core member of the product team to help inform critical strategic decisions for improved performance based on current trends and anticipated future performance trends. You will also gain detailed knowledge of the Canadian competitive environment. This includes understanding Lilly's relative position in the marketplace, competitive performance, new brand uptake, the timing of potential new brands and the impact on the forecast.
This is a hybrid role - onsite presence at our Toronto office will be 10 days or more per month (or at least 50% of the time), determined in collaboration with your manager and based on business needs.

Actual compensation will depend on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is $70,500 - $163,900. Full-time equivalent employees may also be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance). In addition, Lilly offers a comprehensive benefit program to eligible employees, including eligibility to participate in a pension plan; vacation benefits; eligibility for healthcare benefits; flexible benefits (if applicable) life insurance and death benefits; certain time off and leave of absence benefits; and well-being benefits (e.g., employee assistance program, fitness benefits, and employee clubs and activities).
