Headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana, our over 50,000 employees around the globe take on complex challenges to discover and deliver life-changing medicines, strengthen how health is understood and managed, and support the communities we serve. This is hard, urgent, selfless work— but it’s work worth doing. If you’re driven by purpose and ready to bring your best to work that truly matters for patients, we invite you to join us.

Reporting to the Associate Director, Commercial Hematology, the Senior Brand Manager, Hematology will play a critical role in executing and shaping brand strategy during an exciting period for Jaypirca with multiple new indications planned. This role supports our current in-market launch of Jaypirca, tactical delivery of HCP initiatives, thought‑leader engagement, and future launch planning for various indication expansions. You will work closely with marketing leadership, cross‑functional teams, and field partners to help accelerate adoption, prepare for future launches, and establish Lilly as a key hematology player.

This is a hybrid role – onsite presence at our Toronto office will be 10 days or more per month (or at least 50% of the time), determined in collaboration with your manager and based on business needs. This role may require up to 10‑15% travel.

Qualifications
  • Brand Manager: $91,500 - $134,200
  • Sr Brand Manager: $111,750 - $163,900

This role is eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as participation in the Lilly Bonus Program.

This posting is for an existing vacancy.

Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Execution
  • Champion patient support program (PSP) enrollment as a key brand initiative; collaborate with Sales and PSP teams to drive Jaypirca uptake, remove access barriers, and ensure a seamless patient experience.
  • Execute on our upcoming CLL launches and launch meetings.
  • Support the development and refinement of Jaypirca’s brand strategy across future indications (CLL and MCL), aligned with Global and IBU strategic direction.
  • Translate customer, competitive, and market insights into strategies that enhance both breadth of adoption and depth of use.
  • Lead omnichannel engagement planning and execution, including segmentation, journey mapping, and CET.
Cross-Functional Leadership & Collaboration
  • Partner with Sales, Medical, Legal/Regulatory, Learning & Development, Digital, and Analytics teams to ensure smooth execution of brand initiatives.
  • Collaborate across the hematology team to ensure integration and seamless, coordinated experiences for internal partners and customers including thought leader engagement activities.
Tactical Execution & Omnichannel Activation
  • Lead the development and execution of promotional tactics (VAEs, IVAs, emails, website/material updates).
  • Ensure creative and campaign assets align with Lilly/Jaypirca brand standards.
  • Support reimbursement milestones and listing strategy communication to field and stakeholder audiences in collaboration with PRA partners.
  • Ensure all tactics meet internal and external compliance requirements (e.g., PAAB, IMC, adverse event reporting).
Field Team Support & Enablement
  • Collaborate with Sales and Learning & Development to reinforce Lilly Selling Model, close product knowledge and clinical care gaps, and support in-market execution.
  • Disseminate brand updates, gather field insights, and ensure ongoing alignment between the brand team and customer‑facing teams.
  • Provide clear, compliant brand pull‑through guidance and support field learning workshops and training especially with future launch indications.
Performance Monitoring & Optimization
  • Partner with Sales Insights and Market Research to monitor KPIs, brand health metrics, campaign performance, and field feedback.
  • Recommend optimization opportunities to strengthen impact, accelerate adoption, and refine the customer experience.
Basic Requirements: Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, brand management, or commercial roles (Sales, Sales Insights, Learning & Development, Digital, or similar).
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross‑functionally and influence without authority.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong strategic thinking, project management skills, and comfort operating in a fast‑moving, highly dynamic market.
  • Business acumen skills – budget management, strategic trade‑offs, development and monitoring of lead metrics.
