Zusammenfassung

Liebherr Canada Ltd. is seeking a Workshop Supervisor to lead daily workshop operations, oversee maintenance and fabrication activities, and ensure quality workmanship.

You will manage labor allocation, customer communication, and resource planning while promoting health and safety and continuous improvement. You will develop apprentices, supervise teams, and collaborate with management on project planning, quotes, and scheduling to meet customer deadlines and profitability targets.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
• HET Journeyperson Certificate is required.
• Strong organizational, scheduling, and project planning skills.
• Proven diagnostic, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong leadership skills to coordinate teams and mentor apprentices.

Aufgaben

• Lead daily workshop operations and ensure safe, efficient work flows.
• Plan, schedule, and allocate labor and resources to meet customer deadlines.
• Monitor progress and communicate status to customers and management.
• Coordinate procurement of parts and materials for ongoing projects.
• Perform quality inspections and ensure workmanship meets standards.
• Provide updates to stakeholders on job status and resource needs.
• Mentor apprentices and support workforce development.
• Support estimating, job costing, and profitability analyses.
