Liebherr Canada is seeking a proactive professional to lead warranty management, administration, and training for our commercial and customer-facing teams. The role emphasizes optimizing the warranty lifecycle, driving digital transformation, and supporting key projects with high customer satisfaction across Canada.

With 3-5 years of relevant experience and a Heavy Equipment background, you will contribute to a dynamic team that values continuous learning and top-tier service.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
• Heavy Equipment Technician (HET) Journeyperson Certificate or related Engineering Technology degree.
• Previous experience in Heavy Equipment business.
• Positive attitude and team fit for Liebherr.
• Passion for learning in a dynamically evolving industry.

Responsabilités

• Oversee end-to-end warranty claims process from submission to final settlement.
• Maintain efficient administrative processes supporting sales and commercial teams (order processing, invoicing queries, customer inquiries).
• Conduct needs assessments to identify knowledge gaps; manage Technical Trainer position.

Description du poste

• Warranty management:Oversee the end-to-end warranty claims process, from initial customer submission and validation to investigation, resolution, and final settlement.
• Administration:Maintain efficient administrative processes to support the sales and commercial teams, including order processing, invoicing queries, and customer inquiries.
• Training Management:Conduct needs assessments to identify knowledge and skill gaps within the commercial and customer-facing teams. Manage Technical Trainer position.
• Digitization:Lead the strategy and implementation of digital tools and platforms to transform the customer support experience.
• Technical Support:Act as a key escalation point for critical customer issues, managing client relationships and ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Act as main point of contact for major projects, when assigned.
• Other duties as assigned.
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
• Heavy Equipment Technician (HET) Journeyperson Certificate or a related Engineering Technology degree.
• Previous experience in Heavy Equipment business.
