Job summary

Liebherr Canada Ltd. is seeking a hands-on Service Parts & Operations Supervisor to coordinate parts and service flows, manage inventory accuracy, and ensure timely invoicing. You will work with Warehouse, Warranty, and Field technicians to optimize service delivery and customer satisfaction.

In this role, you’ll lead teams, drive performance, and support sales alignment with a focus on safe, efficient operations and ongoing employee development across Canada.

Qualifications

• Experience leading supervisory teams in heavy equipment or related industries.
• Strong inventory control and invoicing process knowledge.
• Ability to build customer relationships and drive service sales.
• Proven ability to manage WIP and budget considerations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee process/communication flows for parts and service, including inventory accuracy, work orders, and invoicing.
• Ensure reliable parts supply and technician availability with Warehouse and service teams.
• Maximize WIP levels and timely customer invoicing.
• Collaborate with Warranty to resolve warranty and claims issues.
• Support employee development through coaching, training, and performance management.
• Partner with Equipment Sales to align with sales strategies.
• Maintain inventory levels with central parts administration and local demand.
• Visit customers to identify needs and build growth in Parts & Service sales.
• Provide quotes, answer calls, schedule/dispatch technicians, and resolve disputes.
