Job summary

Wilco Contractors Northwest is hiring Heavy Equipment Operators in Edmonton to support civil earthworks and site development projects. You will operate skid steer, loader, excavator, dozer and grader, perform inspections, read plans, and support safety standards on busy job sites.

We value strong teamwork, reliable transportation, and the ability to adapt to varying site conditions. CSTS certification is required and pre-employment drug test may apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years experience operating heavy equipment.
• Experience operating multiple types of machinery is asset.
• Ability to perform finish grading and interpret survey stakes accurately.
• Must hold a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation.
• CSTS and Ground Disturbance certification are a condition of employment.
• Physically able to meet job demands, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
