Qualifications

• Licensed Journeyman, Class 421A Heavy Duty Mechanic (preferred) or relevant experience.
• 3–5 years experience in repairing/servicing heavy duty equipment.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated commitment to safe work practices, workplace policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Repair a wide range of civil construction equipment including excavators, bulldozers, packers, tractor backhoes, loaders, Aerial & Lift Trucks.
• Perform repairs on LP systems & diesel systems.
• Read and repair hydraulic and electrical schematics and systems.
• Utilize strong computer, troubleshooting and technical skills.
• Maintain excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal standards.
