Job summary

Raise is hiring a Heavy Duty Equipment Technician in Prince Rupert, BC for a full-time, on-site role. The schedule is 4 on 4 off from 5:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with a night shift available and a pay incentive.

Key duties include preventive maintenance, timely repairs, maintaining maintenance records, coordinating with other departments, and inventory control. A valid Red Seal is mandatory; 421A certification is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid Red Seal
• 421A Certification highly preferred
• Minimum 3 years of related experience
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting experience with industrial equipment

Responsibilities

• Undertake the preventive maintenance of industrial equipment and infrastructures
• Ensure the timely and effective repairs and adjustments related to industrial equipment
• Register maintenance information using the appropriate systems
• Provide thorough and accurate feedback to all departments regarding pending maintenance
• Actively manage the inventory of available parts and components.
