Job summary

Morgan Construction & Environmental Ltd. is seeking a Heavy Civil Equipment Operator to join our field crew on heavy civil earthworks projects. You will grade, move and shape terrain, operate graders, excavators and dozers, and ensure safety and quality on site.

Expect project-based work with rotation shifts, travel time considerations, and outdoor conditions. Commitment to safety and physical demands is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience operating large earthmoving equipment in heavy civil projects.
• Experience on grading, excavation, and dozer work on road/earthworks sites.
• Strong safety awareness and ability to follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate graders, excavators and dozers to move earth and finish grade.
• Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on equipment.
• Support site teams with general labor duties when required.
• Adhere to project specifications and safety policies.
