Job summary

Morgan Construction & Environmental Ltd. is seeking a Heavy Civil Equipment Operator to support heavy civil projects across Canada. The role involves earthmoving, grading, and operating graders, excavators, and dozers on projects with 12-hour day/night shifts and rotation schedules.

Travel may be required with drive-in/drive-out or fly-in/fly-out arrangements, with lodging provided. Successful candidates need multiple safety tickets and a valid driver's license, and must pass pre-employment

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of recent experience operating graders, excavators, or dozers on heavy civil earthworks projects.
• Experience on 14M or 24H graders and 336/470 excavators preferred.
• Valid Safety Tickets and Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Perform earthmoving, grading, stripping overburden, and stockpiling.
• Inspect equipment and operate 2-way radio on site.
• Work rotating day/night shifts up to 12 hours and adapt to project needs.
• Follow Morgan's safety procedures and site guidelines.
