Job summary

Morgan Construction & Environmental Ltd. is seeking a Heavy Civil Equipment Operator to support our heavy civil earthmoving projects in Canada. You will operate graders, excavators, and dozers, perform routine inspections, and follow safety procedures on site.

Project rotations include 14/7 or 20/10 with drive-in/drive-out or fly-in/out options; lodging provided. Previous experience on 14M/24H graders, 336/470 excavators, and D6T/D8/D9/D10 dozers is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience operating heavy equipment in heavy civil earthworks or mining settings.
• Experience with 14M and/or 24H graders is preferred.
• Experience with 336 and/or 470 excavators is preferred.
• Experience with D6T, D8, D9 and/or D10 dozers is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Earth moving and grading, stripping overburden, stockpiling and site preparation.
• Road, pad and culvert building and reclamation activities.
• Perform routine equipment inspections and ensure safe operation.
