Job summary

Morgan Construction and Environmental Ltd. is hiring a Fuel & Lube Technician to support multiple heavy civil projects across Canada. The role involves lubrication, preventive maintenance, and servicing of a wide range of heavy equipment.

You must have at least 2 years of experience, a valid driver's license, and strong safety knowledge. Rotation is project-dependent with typical 14/7 or 21/7 schedules, 12-hour shifts (days and nights).

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of recent work experience as a Fuel and Lube Technician on heavy civil projects.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures.
• Valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean 3-year abstract; higher license (Class 3 or higher) and 5-year commercial abstract preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lubrication service and maintenance of equipment including excavators, dozers, rock trucks, heavy haulers, graders, scrapers and loaders.
• Diagnosing and completing preventive maintenance on heavy equipment.
• Greasing booms, pulleys, buckets, and other components.
• Lubricating running gears or moving parts of vehicles and equipment.
• Operate safely in shops or outdoor construction sites and keep service trucks clean and organized.
• Adhere to project specifications and safety procedures; communicate with supervisors and site personnel.
