Job summary

HearCANADA in Moncton, NB is seeking a Hearing Care Professional for a full-time contract through June 2027. You will conduct standardized hearing evaluations, educate clients on product usage, make recommendations, and follow up to ensure needs are met. Typical hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm local time. Base earnings range $70,000–$100,000 CAD annually plus an attractive bonus program; vacation at 6% paid on bi-weekly pay cheques.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of a recognized Hearing Instrument Practitioner or Audiology program.
  • Unrestricted ability to practice in the Audiology field and registration with your provincial governing body in good standing.
  • Working knowledge of hearing health care products and services with diagnostic/dispensing experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide audiological assessments and hearing evaluations for clients.
  • Stay informed on trends in hearing aid promotions, fittings, and technology to make meaningful recommendations.
  • Build relationships with clients to ensure appropriate care and post‑care solutions.
  • Collaborate with the clinic team to support walk‑in clients and inbound calls.

Position Overview

As a Hearing Care Professional with HearCANADA, you are passionate about the hearing healthcare of our clients. You will provide standardized hearing evaluations, a high standard of client care, make product recommendations and educate on product usage and features, and follow-up with clients to ensure their needs are met. This is a full-time contract role until June 2027. Typical hours of work are Monday through Friday 8:30 am - 4:30 pm local time.

What We Offer You
  • $70,000 - $100,000 annual base earnings based on experience + an attractive bonus program
  • Vacation at 6% paid on bi-weekly pay cheques.
What You Will Do
  • Support existing and new clients in their hearing journey by providing an assortment of audiological assessments and hearing evaluations
  • Staying abreast of new trends in hearing aid promotions, fittings, and technological advancements to make the most meaningful recommendations to clients
  • Building relationships with clients to ensure appropriate care is provided and post-care solutions are recommended
  • Collaborating with our clinic team members to support both walk-in clients and inbound phone calls
What We Are Looking For
  • A graduate of a recognized Hearing Instrument Practitioner or Audiology program
  • Unrestricted ability to practice in the Audiology field and registration with your provincial governing body in good standing
  • Working knowledge of hearing health care products and services with diagnostic/dispensing experience
  • An excellent communicator who can establish a professional and individualized rapport with clients and team members
  • Comfortability in making product and service recommendations to clients and providing patient-centric education to clients to ensure product adoption
  • Experience with WSA brands (Widex, Signia, and/or Rexton) would be a definite asset, though not required
