Responsibilities

• Administer comprehensive hearing evaluations, educate on the effects of hearing loss, and provide quality after-care services.
• Offer personalized consultations on hearing solutions to fit individual needs and lifestyles.
• Guide customers through device fitting and demonstrations, and educate them on the importance of hearing health.
• Promote hearing health awareness through community outreach events and partnership engagement.
• Ensure data accuracy and privacy by maintaining customer records and complying with all protected health data requirements.
• Stay current on industry trends and maintain professional credentials through continuous education and networking.
• Lead sales of hearing aids and accessories, contributing to individual and office revenue goals.
• Support marketing initiatives and manage special events to drive local engagement.
• Partner with the Client Care Coordinator to ensure a seamless customer experience, effective schedule management, and store operations.

Qualifications

• A diploma from a recognized Hearing Instrument Specialist program or a Masters degree in Audiology.
• Registered and in good standing with the applicable regulatory college or provincial governing body.
• Students and recent graduates who are completing licensure requirements are encouraged to apply.
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office, Windows, CRM, and POS systems.
