Job summary

Medigas, the healthcare division of Linde Canada, is seeking a Territory Manager to drive sales with physicians and referral sources across Canada. You will train partners, initiate prescribed respiratory therapy in client homes, and ensure equipment performance and adherence to safety standards.

You will build strong client relationships, collaborate with teams, and participate in on-call rotation to meet targets and expand our home healthcare services portfolio.

Qualifications

• Registered Respiratory Therapist or RN with current registration.
• Completed post-secondary education.
• Experience in healthcare with home healthcare equipment and clinical services.
• Prior sales and marketing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop sales opportunities by visiting physicians and referral sources to promote products and services.
• Conduct respiratory equipment in-service training sessions with community partners.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to achieve sales targets.
• Initiate and monitor prescribed respiratory therapy in clients’ homes, including assessment, education, documentation, and follow-up.
• Deliver and exchange equipment in clients’ homes, including heavy lifting up to 60 lbs and travel.
• Conduct in-office consultations with sleep and oxygen clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and referral sources in compliance with safety standards.
• Support training and development of new employees and participate in on-call rotation.

Territory Manager - Healthcare (14contract)

The Territory Manager identifies and develops sales opportunities by visiting key (targeted) physicians and referral sources to promote the company's products and services, conduct product training, participate in conferences and meetings. The Territory Manager may also be responsible for the initiation of prescribed therapy in the Medigas office, or the client home including assessment, education, documentation, and follow-up to ensure equipment performance and client compliance.

• Further, you will conduct respiratory equipment in-service training sessions with community partners
• In this role, you shall collaborate with internal and external partners to achieve sales targets
• Initiate and monitor prescribed respiratory therapy in clients’ homes, including assessment, education, documentation, and follow-up to ensure equipment performance and client compliance is part of your role
• Deliver and exchange equipment in clients’ homes, which may involve heavy lifting of up to 60 lbs and long-distance travel
• You will conduct in-office consultations with sleep and oxygen clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and referral sources while performing all duties in compliance with safety standards
• Support the training and development of new employees as needed and participate in a regular on-call rotation

What makes you great*

• You are a Registered Respiratory Therapist or Registered Nurse (RN, RPN, LPN) with current, valid registration
• Completed post-secondary education
• You have experience in the healthcare industry with a working knowledge of home healthcare equipment and clinical services
• Prior sales and marketing experience is preferred
