Job summary

Interior Health is seeking a term-specific, full-time Recruiter to deliver full-cycle recruitment within the Centralized Recruitment team. The role supports hiring managers, develops marketing materials, and builds relationships with educational institutions to attract staff across the IH region.

Qualifications

• Relevant undergraduate degree required; CPHR considered with experience.
• Minimum of three years of recent related recruiting experience.
• Experience running a high volume recruitment desk.
• Experience with interviewing and using selection tools.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with IH leaders to identify recruitment needs.
• Engage hiring managers with Career Marketing efforts.
• Prescreen and shortlist candidates per manager specs.
• Develop hiring tools.
• Provide HR guidance on interview and selection.
• Maintain an inventory of qualified external applicants.
• Work with marketing to develop recruitment materials.
• Engage educational institutions to attract staff.
• Continuously improve recruitment practices.
