Job summary

Unknown is seeking an HR Recruiter to lead full cycle recruitment, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate on-boarding. The role involves collaborating with HR and management across the organization to fill vacancies efficiently.

The successful candidate will manage job postings, pre-employment checks, and continuous improvement of recruitment processes within a Canadian healthcare or care setting.

Qualifications

• Diploma in HR and/or Diploma in Business Administration; and/or Degree in Human Resources from a recognizable educational institution.
• Minimum of 2 years’ working experience as an HR Administrator, and/or HR Assistant; and/or a combination of education credentials and experience may be considered.
• Minimum of 1 year recruitment experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform full cycle recruiting to support high-level staffing needs in all areas of the business.
• Recruit quality active and passive candidates using job boards, sourcing tools, social media and networking.
• Partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs, job duties and required qualifications and skills to prepare a recruitment plan.
• Work with interviewers and hiring managers to compile candidate recommendations.
• Build and maintain relationships with recruiting agencies, universities and other organizations to find top talent.
• Provide professional and personable customer and employee relation skills.
• Ensure queues for recruitment are updated on a daily basis for Casual, Temp and Permanent Employees.
• Oversees others involved in recruitment process, such as hiring of Casuals, and ensures above process is met, maintained and controlled.
• Actively participates on behalf of the organization for job fairs. Sources out opportunities to make connections.
• Completes PCR’s and recommends Employment Contracts for all candidates as per template models.
