A leading company in healthcare informatics seeks a Project Manager to oversee long-term CIS implementations across Canada. This role requires extensive experience in health informatics and significant leadership experience, with opportunities for remote work and engaging with executive stakeholders.

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and oversee the implementation of Clinical Information Solutions (CIS) across multiple sites
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams to ensure project deliverables are met
- Develop and execute project plans, including knowledge transfer and change management strategies
- Communicate effectively with executive stakeholders to align project goals and expectations
- Facilitate collaboration among geographically distributed teams to enhance project outcomes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution or equivalent education and senior project management experience in CIS implementations
- Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in acute care health informatics or healthcare transformation projects within Canadian healthcare institutions
- At least five (5) years of experience in leadership roles for multi-site CIS implementations
- Proven communication skills with executive stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional project teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Advanced education in health informatics or a master's in health administration
- Experience working in multi-vendor teams
- Knowledge of change management practices in deployments and project plans
- Bilingual communication skills in English and French
