Job description

Paradigm has opportunities for Healthcare Project Managers to employ their knowledge, skills, and techniques to deliver and implement significant initiatives, enabling our customers to maximize their investments in business processes and information technology. This role is 100% remote.
What you’ll do:
  1. Participate in transforming the provincial healthcare system to improve patient care and support strategic healthcare system alignment.
  2. Provide expertise through insight and oversight of analysis activities, establishing reusable analysis artifacts, and contributing to organizational redesign planning.
What we’d like:
  • A minimum of 5+ years managing projects and implementing clinical change in healthcare settings such as hospitals, including acute care, primary care, or long-term care environments.
  • 3+ years’ experience with the Allscripts suite of solutions in healthcare.
  • Valid PMP certification (PMI) and/or PRINCE2 certification.
  • Valid Prosci certification (Change Management).
  • 3 years’ experience implementing the Panorama Health Information System on a provincial scale.
  • 3 years’ experience planning and implementing a Public Health Surveillance and Monitoring system on a provincial scale.
  • 3-5 years’ experience managing EPR projects.
  • 1–3 years’ experience working on Indigenous/First Nations-based projects (asset).
  • Certificate, diploma, or degree from an educational facility with a major in Computer Science, Business, Commerce, or Project Management (asset).
