Title: Project Manager

Location: Remote

Duration: 7 months of contract with possible extension

Qualifications and Certifications

• Valid Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification. Proof required with application.
• Valid PROSCI (ADKAR) Organizational Change Management certification. Proof required with application.
• Valid PRINCE2 Foundation or Practitioner certification. Proof required with application.
• Valid ITIL Foundation or Practitioner certification. Proof required with application.

Skills and Experience

• Minimum 10 years’ experience managing IT projects in healthcare, including reporting to steering committees and ensuring safe software implementation in clinical settings. Provide at least 3 detailed examples covering at least 10 years.
• At least 7 years’ experience coordinating internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders for large-scale digital transformation projects in healthcare. Provide at least 3 detailed examples covering at least 7 years.
• Minimum 7 years’ experience with application and infrastructure migration in large healthcare or public sector environments, including cloud architectures like Microsoft Azure and AWS. Provide at least 3 detailed examples covering at least 7 years.
• At least 5 years’ experience using structured methodologies such as Prosci for organizational change management. Provide at least 2 detailed examples covering at least 5 years.
