Job summary

Qualifications

• Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.
• Experience in health care procurement and shipping/receiving processes.
• Qualified supply and inventory management professional with extensive healthcare procurement.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365, Oracle WMS, iProcurement, Epic, Optime reporting.
• Strong analytical, mathematical skills with costing, weights, measurements.
• Excellent attention to detail, reliability, and professionalism with sensitive information.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in fast-paced environments.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 25 kg and pushing/pulling carts up to 275 kg.

Responsibilities

• Initiate orders through iProcurement.
• Track medical surgical supplies and equipment.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage repairs/loaners.
• Ensure supplies are available for optimal patient care.
• Maintain inventory records and documentation.
• Travel between regional sites may be required.
