Job summary

isgSearch is seeking a Project Control Officer to support the Delivery Team in the Health Services sector. The role emphasizes maintaining project files, budgets, and timely reporting to keep projects on track.

You will work across multiple projects, manage cost-to-complete forecasts, and prepare project documentation using MS Project and Excel. Evening work may be required to align with project schedules and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Handle multiple projects of varying complexity in a team environment.
• 5 years of IT PCO experience.
• Experience in healthcare environment, ideally hospital.
• Strong MS Excel skills to manage project budget.
• Ability to develop and maintain an MS Project Schedule.
• Familiarity with IT concepts, methodology and vocabulary.
• Open to evening work.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the project files; this includes documentation, approvals, drawdowns, minutes, status reports and related correspondence.
• Maintain the budget; audit items, review time tracking, ensure invoices have approvals and proper sign-offs, and cost to complete forecasts.
• Support the Delivery Manager to ensure project team representation and momentum across priorities.
• Document and cost project activities using MS Project with sufficient detail.
• Communicate project status, complete reports, and escalate issues as required.
