Job summary

MIGSO-PCUBED in Toronto is seeking a Project Controller to ensure rigorous management of projects for our clients. You will develop and monitor budgets, manage costs, and deliver transparent analyses to drive decisions.

As a consultant, you will adapt to diverse fields, report progress to stakeholders, and contribute to project performance improvements, with opportunities for professional development and global networking.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of overall project management or project support experience, with at least 2 years focused on cost control, cost analysis, or project controlling.
• Proven track record in budget management for large-scale projects (> $10M).
• Strong knowledge of cost control methodologies, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency with project management and cost control tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project, SAP, or equivalent).
• PMP, CCP (Certified Cost Professional), or equivalent certification considered an asset.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor project budgets, integrating relevant analyses to ensure rigorous and transparent budget management.
• Ensure that costs are in line with set objectives, while identifying risks and implementing strategies to mitigate them.
• Prepare regular reports on project progress, communicating results to stakeholders and recommending actions based on your analyses.
• Implement financial management strategies to maximize operational efficiency and improve overall project performance.
