Job summary

Affinity is seeking a Program Manager – IT Infrastructure to oversee IT infrastructure delivery across multiple major capital construction and renovation projects. You will lead planning, scheduling, risk management, budgeting, and stakeholder communications.

The role requires 11+ years in project management within building construction or IT, PMP/PgMP certification, and willingness to travel Saskatchewan. Hybrid/remote work available; reports to the Director of Health Facility Services.

Qualifications

• Minimum 11 years of project management experience in building construction, IT, or related industries.
• Experience supporting IT infrastructure initiatives within large capital construction projects.
• PMI PMP or PgMP certification required.
• Formal training in PMI project management standards and methodologies.
• Ability and willingness to travel throughout Saskatchewan for project and site visits.
• Full-time hybrid or remote work arrangement available.
• Legal authorization to work and reside in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination, and delivery of IT scope across multiple complex capital projects.
• Develop dashboards, metrics, and reporting to track progress and performance.
• Oversee procurement activities and financial tracking throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide regular communications to executives, stakeholders, and end users.
• Lead organizational change management activities related to project delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure project objectives are met.
• Develop detailed project schedules and executive milestone plans.
• Manage procurement processes, contracts, and vendor coordination.
• Coordinate IM/IT activities across large infrastructure and construction programs.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to project team members.
