Fraser Health is seeking a Project Manager with a demonstrated background in maintenance planning and scheduling to support the Facilities Management & Operations team and hospital redevelopments. You will build and review maintenance plans for facilities being handed over to FMO, evaluate strategies, and coordinate with site teams to drive outcomes.

Qualificações

• Diploma in Building (Construction) Technology/Instrumentation and Controls or equivalent, plus several years in design/construction or facilities operations.
• Experience in asset/maintenance planning and project management within healthcare environments.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand facility systems and regulatory requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Lead project teams, coordinating contractors, consultants, and FH staff to meet standards and timelines.
• Develop and manage project plans, budgets and site inspections for facilities projects.
• Review drawings and specifications to ensure integration with existing systems and compliance with regulations.
• Negotiate claims for extra costs and coordinate system shutdowns impacting campus operations.
