Job summary

Fraser Health is seeking a Project Manager with a demonstrated background in maintenance planning and scheduling to support the Facilities Management & Operations team and hospital redevelopments. You will build and review maintenance plans for facilities being handed over to FMO, evaluate strategies, and coordinate with site teams to drive outcomes.

Qualifications

Diploma in Building (Construction) Technology/Instrumentation and Controls or equivalent, plus several years in design/construction or facilities operations.
Experience in asset/maintenance planning and project management within healthcare environments.
Ability to read blueprints and understand facility systems and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

Lead project teams, coordinating contractors, consultants, and FH staff to meet standards and timelines.
Develop and manage project plans, budgets and site inspections for facilities projects.
Review drawings and specifications to ensure integration with existing systems and compliance with regulations.
Negotiate claims for extra costs and coordinate system shutdowns impacting campus operations.
