Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in Canada is seeking a Project Coordinator for Operations & Maintenance to drive planning, coordination and execution of hospital building-system projects. You will work with contractors and internal teams to replace, modernize and optimize electromechanical assets, while ensuring safety, quality and client satisfaction.

The role emphasizes budgeting, schedules, documentation and tender activities in a healthcare setting, with a focus on service continuity.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in technical project management for electromechanical systems.
• Experience coordinating contractors, budgets, schedules and deliverables.
• Experience in healthcare environments or facilities maintenance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate technical projects related to building systems and infrastructure within an active healthcare environment.
• Coordinate projects involving the replacement, modernization and optimization of critical building systems, including mechanical, electrical and facility infrastructure assets.
• Validate project deliverables, including reports, technical specifications, plans, schedules, estimates and completion documentation.
• Analyze requirements and ensure the successful implementation, acceptance and follow-up of project work.
• Develop and monitor project budgets, schedules and invoicing activities while ensuring compliance with project objectives.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders, subcontractors and external professionals throughout project execution.
• Participate in tender preparation, bid evaluations, negotiations and contractor selection processes.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental and regulatory requirements while supporting continuous project performance and quality improvement.
