Job summary

Inizio Engage is seeking a Healthcare Communicator for a Canada Remote role. You will maintain quality standards, collect program data, and document medical information requests, adverse events, and product quality complaints per guidelines.

You will also handle literature fulfillment and communicate effectively with callers. The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma, with a Bachelor’s degree preferred, and excels in verbal and written communication, Word/Excel proficiency, and multitasking

Title

Healthcare Communicator, Canada Remote

Key Objectives

• Maintain excellent quality standards for all client programs; adhere to program scripts and guidelines.
• Accurately collect information required by individual programs and correctly capture in specific program databases.
• Completely and accurately document and/or triage all Medical Information Requests, Adverse Events and Product Quality Complaints in compliance with Inizio, Client and Federal guidelines and regulations, for all contact channel types, including but not limited to phone and email.
• Complete literature fulfillment to customers.
• Exhibit effective communication and tele-management skills.
• Converse with callers in an empathetic manner and facilitate the callers in their ability to understand medical terminology, as needed.
• Possess effective organizational skills, including working with multiple projects simultaneously.
• Adhere to all company policies and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Display flexibility within department to maximize utilization, including performing administrative and non-telecommunication duties as needed.
• Must safeguard patient privacy and confidentiality by following the guidelines set forth in the Privacy and Security Rules of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).

Job Holder Specification
