Job summary

Inizio Engage is seeking a Remote Healthcare Communicator fluent in English and Spanish to support Canada-wide programs. You will handle inbound/outbound calls and emails, triage medical information requests, adverse events, and product quality complaints, documenting accurately in program databases while complying with HIPAA rules.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work-related experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal, written and listening communication skills.
• Proficiency with Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Maintain quality standards; follow program scripts and guidelines.
• Triage and document Medical Information Requests, Adverse Events and Product Quality Complaints in accordance with HIPAA and guidelines.
• Complete literature fulfillment to customers.
• Communicate empathetically with callers and assist understanding of medical terminology.
