Job summary

Inizio Engage is seeking a Healthcare Communicator to support a leading biotechnology client from Canada in a remote capacity. The role involves handling Medical Information Requests, Adverse Events, and Product Quality Complaints, while ensuring accurate documentation and strict HIPAA compliance.

You will liaise with callers in English and Spanish, maintain literature fulfillment, and manage multiple projects with strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work-related experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal, written and listening communication skills.
• Proficiency with Word and Excel.
• Analytical thinking, problem solving, and decision making.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple parallel projects with strong time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain excellent quality standards for client programs and adhere to scripts and guidelines.
• Accurately collect information and document in program databases.
• Triage and document Medical Information Requests, Adverse Events and Product Quality Complaints per guidelines.
• Complete literature fulfillment to customers.
• Exhibit effective communication and tele-management skills with callers.
• Safeguard patient privacy and confidentiality per HIPAA rules.
• Participate in frequent meetings and calls and manage multiple priorities.
