High-Crest Enterprises Ltd. is seeking a Project Manager to lead major long‑term care and healthcare capital development projects in Bedford, Nova Scotia.

You will drive planning, design, procurement and construction, while protecting schedule, budget and quality. You will coordinate architects, engineers, contractors and regulators, oversee governance and reporting, and ensure compliance with provincial health standards.

Formación

• 6+ years leading capital projects valued at $15 million+ from planning through occupancy.
• Experience with long-term care, healthcare, seniors' housing, or public-sector infrastructure projects preferred.
• Demonstrated success coordinating multiple stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
• Strong budgeting, procurement, risk management, and construction administration knowledge.
• Certification in Infection Control During Construction, Renovation and Maintenance of Health Care Facilities is an asset.
• Professional designation such as PMP, P.Eng., CET, PQS, Architect, or related credential is an asset.
• Knowledge of Nova Scotia healthcare infrastructure and regulatory environments.
• Strong organizational, communication, and reporting skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead major long-term care and healthcare capital development projects from initiation through occupancy.
• Monitor construction progress, schedule performance, quality assurance, commissioning, occupancy readiness, closeout, and warranty activities.
• Develop and maintain project charters, execution plans, schedules, budgets, governance structures, and reporting frameworks.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, quantity surveyors, healthcare planners, and regulatory stakeholders.
• Ensure all project deliverables align with organizational priorities and provincial requirements.
• Develop and manage total project budgets, provide forecasting, cost control, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
• Support value engineering and procurement strategies that maximize long-term value.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare facility requirements, quality standards, health and safety practices, and infection prevention protocols.
