Interior Health Authority in Kamloops is seeking an experienced Project Manager, Major Capital Projects for a full-time permanent position in‑office. Travel is required, may include overnight stays, and you must have a valid BC Driver’s License.

You will lead design, construction, and commissioning of major capital projects at assigned sites, ensuring scope, cost, time and quality targets are met while maintaining a safe work environment.

Responsabilités

• Leads and coordinates design, construction, and commissioning stages for major capital projects at assigned sites within the Interior Health Authority Region.
• Provides leadership to ensure projects are delivered within scope, cost, time and quality targets while maintaining a safe working environment.
• Reviews drawings and specifications for adherence to building standards; coordinates input from client users to ensure functionality.
• Manages budgeting, cost estimates, and progress reporting; approves invoices and progress claims for payment.
• Leads project construction activities across multiple projects, ensuring adherence to contracts and timelines.
• Coordinates development and implementation of building commissioning plans and pre-move tasks with users and departments.
