Job summary

TalentSphere in Toronto, Ontario, is seeking a Project Manager – Healthcare Architecture to lead healthcare design projects across the GTA. You will manage scope, schedule, budgets, and client relations from planning through construction administration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in architecture or architectural design firms.
• At least 2 years on healthcare projects such as hospitals or clinics.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, staffing, and financial performance.
• Strong client management and relationship-building throughout the project lifecycle.
• Excellent leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of Ontario Building Code requirements, healthcare regulations, and bylaws.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary consultants and stakeholders.
• Licensure as an Architect in Ontario is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client contact, managing healthcare projects from planning to completion.
• Develop, negotiate, and oversee scope, deliverables, work plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Prepare work plans, allocate resources and hours, monitor timelines and financial targets.
• Maintain project scope knowledge and manage changes to meet contracts and client expectations.
• Coordinate with contractors, subconsultants, and authorities to resolve issues.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships; act as liaison among all parties.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams, forecast revenue, and manage project financials.
• Oversee design, documentation, construction administration, and final completion.
