B+H Architects is seeking a Senior Project Architect to join the Healthcare team in the Toronto Studio, focusing on planning, design, and delivery of healthcare sector projects of various sizes. You will collaborate with senior leaders to advance practice, mentor team members, and deliver award-winning projects.

The ideal candidate demonstrates leadership, strong communication, and experience across Canada, with a passion for Evidence Based Design and integrated project delivery.

Qualificações

• Registered Architect with OAA.
• Minimum 10 years of Architecture experience.
• Extensive knowledge of healthcare design complexity, and healthcare facility planning, design guidelines and codes.
• Experience leading acute care, ambulatory care, rehabilitation, mental health and long-term care projects.

Responsabilidades

• Lead creative designs of complex architectural healthcare projects in consultation with the project lead.
• Mentor, manage project planning and performance from a business and HR perspective.
• Oversee QA/QC, master planning and medical planning of project design.
• Meet with clients to learn project requirements and goals; develop concepts and solutions.
