B+H Architects is seeking a Senior Project Architect to join the Healthcare team in the Toronto Studio, focusing on planning, design, and delivery of healthcare sector projects of various sizes. You will collaborate with senior leaders to advance practice, mentor team members, and deliver award-winning projects.
The ideal candidate demonstrates leadership, strong communication, and experience across Canada, with a passion for Evidence Based Design and integrated project delivery.

As our Senior Project Architect, you will be joining B+H Architects Healthcare team in Toronto Studio as part of a group focused on the planning, design, and delivery of healthcare sector projects of a variety of sizes and through a mix of delivery models. The ideal candidate is keen to be an active participant in mentorship and take part in the continual growth and development of themselves and team members. You will work with senior leaders within the firm to advance our practice and produce award-winning and successful projects.
Nice to have Certifications in Evidence Based Design (EDAC), Lean (LEAN SIX SIGMA- Green belt or higher), LEED Green Associate, Well AP and membership with the American College Healthcare Architects would be seen as favorable.
