Under the direction of the Resident Care Manager, the Healthcare Aide (HCA) provides holistic care to residents, addressing their physical, emotional, spiritual, and social well-being, in accordance with Donwood's mission, vision, and values, and resident-centered care practices.

This position requires a current satisfactory Criminal Records Check (including Vulnerable Sector Search), Child Abuse Registry Check, and Adult Abuse Registry Check.
