The Healthcare Aide (HCA), under the direction of the Resident Care Manager, provides holistic care to residents, addressing physical, emotional, spiritual, and social well-being in accordance with the Donwood Resident Bill of Rights. The role reflects Donwood’s mission, vision, and values, emphasizing resident-centered care practices.
All activities are framed by the resident perspective, reflecting Donwood’s commitment to caring for seniors with respect, dignity, and Christian values.
