Job summary

Wolseley Canada is seeking a Health & Safety Specialist at our Burlington location to support health and safety programs, compliance, and departmental operations.

You will coordinate HSE activities, manage reporting and data, and develop SOPs and communications for internal stakeholders. The role requires 2–5 years in a similar role and post-secondary education in Health & Safety or related field, with strong MS Office skills. Bilingual candidates are preferred.

Qualifications

• Post secondary education in Health & Safety, Business, or related field.
• 2–5 years work experience in Health & Safety or similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; bilingual a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office; able to manage data and reports.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate HSE initiatives and programs ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, tools, and documentation for regulatory alignment.
• Prepare and distribute HSE communications to internal stakeholders.
• Manage HSE data, reports, dashboards, and data analysis.
