As a Health, Safety & Environmental Coordinator, you will:

• Be responsible for site-specific safety orientations, inspections, and incident reports.
• Monitor compliance of employees and subcontractors, escalating issues as needed.
• Identify hazards proactively and implement corrective measures.
• Organize and conduct safety training sessions (e.g., WHMIS, Fall Protection, CPR/First Aid).
• Promote and educate a safety-first culture among all site staff.
• Review subcontractors’ safety submittals and maintain safety records.
• Compile safety statistics and reports regularly.

Ideal Candidate:

• Has 3-5 years of safety construction experience (ICI).
• Can influence and delegate safety practices effectively.
• Is certified or working towards certification under the Occupational Health & Safety Act/Regulations.
