Magna Exteriors is seeking a Health & Safety professional to lead OH&S programs at the Vaughan, Canada facility. You will coordinate investigations, audits, training, and ensure compliance with OHSA and corporate policies.

The role requires 1–2 years in a manufacturing H&S role, a Grade 12 diploma with OH&S designation, and relevant certifications. Join a collaborative, safety‑driven team with opportunities to drive key safety improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum grade 12 diploma with college OH&S designation.
• Joint Health & Safety certification and first aid/CPR are required.
• Experience in manufacturing H&S settings is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of OH&S acts and internal auditing.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate environmental, ergonomic and health & safety programs.
• Lead investigations and ensure corrective actions are completed.
• Conduct monthly workplace inspections and ensure legal compliance.
• Support HR on health, safety and ergonomic matters with teams.
• Maintain safety communication boards, training and records.
• Prepare reports and present at monthly safety meetings.
