Plan Group, Inc. is seeking an HSE Coordinator to develop and implement health and safety policies, provide training, and ensure compliance across projects in Canada. You will mentor site teams, investigate incidents and coordinate safety programs.

The ideal candidate holds an NCSO and has at least 3 years’ safety experience in construction, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and a passion for safety culture improvement. This is a full-time on-site role based in Mississauga, Canada.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years of safety experience in construction.
• NCSO certification is required.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Adobe.

Aufgaben

• Develop or assist in implementing health and safety policies, programs, procedures, legislation and equipment.
• Ensure compliance and enforcement of safety policies for Plan Group and Constructors.
• Coordinate safety walk-throughs, review findings and follow up with corrective actions.
• Coordinate and provide safety training to workers at all levels.
• Act as a primary contact for health and safety issues and communicate with stakeholders.
