Qualifications

• 18 years old or above.
• Experience in providing customer service to diverse populations is an asset.
• Comfortable using a computer and capable of lifting up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Connect with clients and health care providers to verify referral requests.
• Assist with equipment recalls and provide instructions on equipment use.
• Ensure integrity of data collection and provide excellent customer service.
