Job summary
goeasy is seeking a Director, Real Estate & Facilities to lead real estate strategy, store development, and facilities operations across its 400-location retail network in Canada. You will oversee site selection, lease negotiations, and portfolio optimization while guiding a dedicated Construction & Store Development team to deliver on growth plans.
The role requires 5+ years of leadership in multi-site real estate, strong vendor management, and knowledge of leasing obligations and safety
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Construction Management, or related field.
- Professional designations such as PMP, CPM, FMA, or RPA are assets.
- Experience leading multi-site real estate, facilities, and construction programs.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Knowledge of health & safety and lease obligations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the enterprise real estate strategy across the retail networks.
- Oversee site selection, lease negotiations, renewals, relocations, and closures.
- Lead store development, openings, renovations, and closures.
- Oversee facilities operations, maintenance, and fleet programs.
- Manage budgets and vendor performance.
