GWL Realty Advisors Residential seeks a Director of Operations to lead a portfolio of premium rental properties in Eastern Canada. You will protect and preserve real estate assets for pension funds and institutional owners while delivering strategic service standards and ensuring resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of property management experience.
• Delivering operational excellence strategies and practices.
• Delivering or exceeding revenue targets with an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Strong coaching, mentoring and developing of staff at all levels including a clear understanding of employee engagement.
• Innate ability to build collaborative relationships with all levels of the organization.
• Exhibits strong self awareness and high EQ.
• Champions, embraces and fosters change and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Travel to Ottawa and Halifax is required.
• Bilingual in English and French.
