Rexall Pharmacy Group Ltd. in Mississauga is seeking a Real Estate Manager for a 14-month contract to lead lease negotiations, site selection, and network planning across Eastern and Western Canada.

You will compile market data, develop renewal strategies, manage lease documentation with Legal, and present market overviews to Rexall's Executive Team for approval. A university degree in Real Estate or related field and 3–5 years of retail real estate experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• University degree in Real Estate, Business, Retail Geography or Urban Planning.
• 3-5 years’ experience in commercial real estate, retail leasing preferred.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to deliver targeted results.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate lease renewals and documentation for the region.
• Support site selection, network planning and evaluation across Eastern/Western Canada.
• Analyze market data to identify trends impacting the business.
• Develop renewal strategies for stores, signage, storage, parking, or other agreements.
• Lead lease negotiations and manage lease documentation with Legal.
